Webinar Summary: Medtech Medeor® is good for business

Watch our webinar with Jonny Noakes, our CFO, and Chrissie Patterson, our GM of Product Strategy. They explained what inspired the design of our Medeor® payment solution for medical practices and what is in the product roadmap and presented a live demo.

Jonny explains that Medeor® is the consequence of a 2021 survey of customer pain. The goal is to provide an automated solution for practices that takes the admin away so time can be put into delivering healthier care. Medtech has partnered with SmartPay, BNZ, and Pinch to make this happen.

Because the design of Medeor® has always been and will always be a customer-led process, there will always be continuous product improvement and integration to payments in Medtech Evolution. In the next release, an ACC reconciliation will automate allocating your ACC claims and debt campaigns.
