Whether you are migrating to Medtech Evolution, growing your business or you’re new to Medtech, your practice will be fully supported through the onboarding process from a collaborative planning workshop right through to “go live”. We offer onsite training, and our training and implementation teams will continue to be your primary contact for two weeks following implementation. After two weeks, there is a formal process to hand your practice over to our Support Team for ongoing support.
Data migrations from Medtech32 to Medtech Evolution are seamlessly managed by our team. All your data is migrated, not just your patient health care information and core medical records but all the patient-related information authored by your practice including financials, invoices and claiming history. All shortcuts, patient information and workflows come too so you can get your team up and running quickly and cut your setup and downtime in half. If you are moving from another established PMS system to Medtech Evolution our team have a systematic and well documented approach to bringing your core data across and guiding your practice through the setup process.
All Medtech practices have free access to our web-based Insight Portal and ongoing support from our dedicated Support Team. On the Insight Portal, practices can download updates and find release notes, guides, videos and webinars, or apply for a change in licences and request services like training.
