With Medeor’s Pay by Link service, simply send a link by email or SMS and your patients can pay immediately, or in advance, right from their device. The link connects them to their full online statement which includes the current invoice as well as all outstanding amounts due to date.
Medeor accepts pre-payments as well as part payments so the patient can enter the amount they’re paying today for each invoice and on payment they receive a immediate detailed receipt by email.
The payment is recorded directly in Evolution against the corresponding invoice, and all your practice Pay by Link invoices, settlements and bank deposits are presented in a daily reconciliation. There’s no manual effort. It is all processed within Evolution and Medeor can also issue refunds and manage debtors in bulk.
