ConnectedCare enables the connectivity and collaboration between different health service providers in real-time in a secure manner.
It provides customers with the ability to create web forms that can be deployed and made available to clinicians using the Medtech practice management software. These forms when completed can be electronically submitted to any organisation via the ConnectedCare Health Information Exchange (HIE).
The web portal provides the ability to access completed Forms stored in the ConnectedCare HIE. The portal also provides the functionality to acknowledge the receipt of completed forms and then download or print them.
ConnectedCare Web Service
The web service interface provides the ability to the receiver of a completed form to communicate back via the ConnectedCare HIE to the referrer’s practice management software.
