Jakub Jurkiewicz is a senior technology and product leader with over 20 years’ experience in software engineering, product development, and agile transformation. He has led large-scale digital transformation programmes across organisations including Air New Zealand, ASB Bank, and Medenterprises.
As Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at Medtech Global, Jakub aligns product strategy and technology innovation to deliver scalable, connected healthcare solutions. He plays a key role in advancing digital health platforms that support primary care providers, improve clinical workflows, and enhance patient outcomes.
Jakub is known for his innovation-first mindset and ability to build high-performing, cross-functional teams. His experience includes roles with Visa, IBM, and Orion Health, delivering complex software products at scale.
An active contributor to global technology and agile communities, Jakub shares his expertise through conferences, training, and mentorship, and holds a PhD in Software Engineering from Poznan University of Technology in Poland.
