Update 22 July 24: Medtech Technical Issues as a result of the Global IT Outage are Resolved
A global IT outage on Friday July 19 is disrupted banking, flights, retail and healthcare operations worldwide. As reported in international news, the issue is linked to an update from international cyber security firm CrowdStrike.
Medtech Services are running
Medtech services experienced technical issues as a result of this outage and our teams worked throughout the night on Friday 19 July to restore services to all our platforms.
This was successfully completed and all services are running as normal with no issues and we are monitoring our applications closely.
Our help desk experienced an extremely high volume of calls, so we apologise if you were not able to get through. We worked urgently to restore services and appreciate your patience as we work through a backlog of calls and emails and continue to monitor the situation.
