You can migrate to Evolution with minimal disruption from Medtech32 or any PMS with a recognised database*. Medtech will conduct a site audit, present you with a proposal and quote, on signing of a contract with Medtech Global our Implementation and Training Teams will take you through a trial migration to Go-live and support your practice for your first two weeks. *Note: If your practice is using a cloud-based PMS, your data will be stored differently to a recognised database structure and your data migration will need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If your practice is migrating from Medtech32 or from any other PMS with a recognised database* all data is migrated. This includes patient interactions, appointment history, enrolment history, long-term medications (and more importantly, whether the prescriptions have been filled), claiming history and financial history are all migrated. *Note: If your practice is using a cloud-based PMS, your data will be stored differently to a recognised database structure and your data migration will need to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. When you move to Evolution, your practice will be fully supported through the onboarding process from a collaborative planning workshop right through to Go-live.  We offer onsite training, and our training and implementation teams will continue to be your primary contact for two weeks following implementation. After the two weeks, if your team needs a refresher or you would like to train new staff in the future, please contact out Training Team trainingnz@medtechglobal.com

After two weeks, there is a formal process to hand your practice over to our Support Team for ongoing support.
