When a patient completes a YIHA form, the data and a PDF copy flow directly into:
• The Medtech inbox (as a document),
• The patient’s daily record, and
• The screening/classification dashboard (where applicable).
No manual data entry is required.
• Saves time: Clinicians can review pre-filled information instead of collecting it during
consultations, i.e. for assessments of ADHD or Mental Health concerns.
• Improves patient access: Many follow-ups and reviews can be completed without booking
