Greg Atkins

Greg has over 22 years of experience leading operations in the health sector in Australia and New Zealand at the national level.

As General Manager, Greg led the Customer Service team at Healthlink Australia for over eight years, servicing customers in New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Greg’s team provided sales, deployment, and support for integrating medical applications to enable the safe and secure exchange of patient information.

Before his role at Healthlink, Greg was the Customer Service Manager at HCN Australia (now Medical Director) for over ten years. He led the sales, support, implementation, and training teams to provide the high-quality and consistent support required for the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Greg leads Customer Experience at Medtech and is focused on continually improving service levels across the support, training, and implementation teams.
