Geoffrey Sayer is a thirty-year veteran of Health IT across Australia and New Zealand.
He has held leadership and executive management roles in HCN (now Medical Director), HealthLink, Telstra Health, Toniq and Clanwilliam Group. In 2020, Geoffrey led the acquisition of Medtech Global with co-investment from Advent Partners.
Geoffrey is a psychologist with a master’s degree and doctorate in epidemiology and general practice. He has also worked as a researcher at Sydney University. Having aspired to change the world through academia, he realised he could improve General Practice forever by innovating health technology for primary health care.
Geoffrey is a past president of MSIA (Medical Software Industry Association), a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (FAIDH) and a Fellow of Health Informatics New Zealand (FHiNZ).
