1.    Setting Up Your Quick Access Toolbar

The use of the quick access toolbar allows you to display your favourite modules in the order you would like them to appear.

Right-click on the module you would like and select ‘add to quick access toolbar’. They will appear as small icons on the top of your ribbon.




2.    Adding New Keywords

Providers can add a new keyword directly from their consult notes. Right click anywhere in the subjective or objective section and select ‘add keyword’. Providers have the choice of setting up a keyword so that only they can use it, or they have the option of selecting it for everyone to use.



3.    Accessing Online Support

Our live support chat link can be found in the Help ribbon. This link takes you to Medtech’s website where you can chat online to one of our support staff.

The quick response time of our chat service means you can carry on with your task and respond via the chat rather than waiting on the phone.
