Greg Atkins

Greg has over 22 years leading operations in the health sector in Australia and New Zealand at a national level.

As General Manager, Greg led the Customer Service team at Healthlink Australia for over eight years servicing customers in New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Greg’s team provided sales, deployment, and support for the integration of medical applications to enable the safe and secure exchange of patient information.

Prior to his role at Healthlink, Greg was Customer Service Manager at HCN Australia (now Medical Director) for over 10 years. He led the sales, support, implementation and training teams to provide the high quality and consistent support required for the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Greg leads Customer Experience at Medtech and is focussed on continually improving service levels across the support, training, and implementation teams.
