Online payments in Evolution

Medtech Evolution will shortly be updated with new functionality to allow you to conveniently allow patients to pay online for any Outstanding Account Balances via SMS and Email as a fully integrated service.

Utilising the Statement Workflow module your practice will be able to send all patients specific SMS or Email messages based on the current, 30, 60, 90 day balance on their account, which will contain a URL to allow the patient to pay their outstanding balance online.

This same capability will also be available within the Invoice Screen to allow you to send the request for payment via SMS or Email to an individual patient at the time of raising the invoice.  This will be particularly helpful when invoicing patients for services that they will not be coming into the practice for ie: Video or Telephone Consultation services.

When the patient completes the payment online via the URL link provided in the SMS or Email message, the payment details will be automatically reconciled against the relevant Invoice or Invoices in the Patient Account screen.

Your practice will also have full flexibility directly within the Evolution application to customise the Online Payment interface with your own Practice Logo, Header and Footer text, and Message that will be displayed to the Patient post payment.
