Key Takeaways from Our Latest User Group Meetings<\/h2>\r\n

Over the last 5 weeks, our team has been touring the North Island, visiting 12 locations from Whangarei to Wellington. With over 400 participants registering, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with our users, hear their feedback, and share exciting updates about our products. One of the standout moments was visiting Whanganui, which was particularly welcoming – there\u2019s something special about connecting with new communities.<\/p>\r\n

Our User Groups are always a highlight for our team. It\u2019s been rewarding to hear how our solutions positively impact practices and to see both familiar faces and new ones at every stop, plus putting faces to names of people we have talked to on the phone. It\u2019s also an absolute pleasure to witness the \u201cah-ha\u201d moments when attendees discover new features or ways of using our software that they weren\u2019t aware of. This feedback reinforces that Medtech Evolution is a feature-rich, in-depth software solution. Our products are continually evolving, which makes it essential for users to set aside time to upskill on new features and refresh on existing ones. Often, we find that even well-established workflows can be performed more simply or efficiently with just a little extra knowledge.<\/p>\r\n

Product Demos<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

A significant highlight of the User Groups has been demoing our Medeor\u00ae EFTPOS<\/strong><\/a> product. Attendees could look in-depth at how the EFTPOS system works and its key features. The hands-on demos allowed everyone to see firsthand how the system can simplify and improve day-to-day tasks, saving time and enhancing the customer experience.<\/p>\r\n

In addition to the Medeor\u00ae EFTPOS demos, the launch of our Learning Library<\/strong><\/a> was a big hit. This new resource is designed to help users get the most out of our products, offering easy-to-follow training materials. The library is continually evolving, and we\u2019re always open to suggestions for new content. We encourage users to share what areas they’d like to see prioritised so we can ensure it effectively serves their needs.<\/p>\r\n

Looking Ahead<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

Our User Groups provide the perfect opportunity to ask questions, gain expert tips, and connect with the broader community. We are grateful for the software improvement suggestions given to us during our user groups.
