ConnectedCare enables the connectivity and collaboration between different health service providers in real-time in a secure manner. It provides customers with the ability to create web forms that can be deployed and made available to clinicians using the Medtech practice management software.
When completed, forms can be electronically submitted to any organisation via the ConnectedCare Health Information Exchange (HIE). The ConnectedCare Portal provides the ability to access completed forms stored in the HIE and communicate back via the HIE to the referrer’s practice management software.
