Dr Will Reedy is the Chief Executive Officer of Medtech Global, appointed in July 2026 to lead the company's healthcare technology growth across New Zealand and Australia. Will has over 25 years\u2019 international experience in technology-enabled transformation of health systems, most recently as a senior leader in Accenture's Global Health team and previously as CEO of Spark Health. He is a practising doctor in South Auckland (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, University of Auckland) and has international qualifications in digital health (AMIA, FEDIP). Will is also recognised as a thought leader in the governance and adoption of AI in healthcare where he advises boards and leadership teams and presents regularly at conferences. Jakub Jurkiewicz is the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at Medtech Global, where he aligns product strategy and technology innovation to deliver scalable, connected healthcare solutions. He brings over 20 years' experience in software engineering, product development and agile transformation, having led large-scale digital transformation programmes at Air New Zealand, ASB Bank and Medenterprises. His earlier career includes roles with Visa, IBM and Orion Health. Jakub holds a PhD in Software Engineering from Pozna\u0144 University of Technology in Poland and is an active contributor to global technology and agile communities through conferences, training and mentorship. Chrissie Patterson is the General Manager of Product and Delivery at Medtech Global, leading the design and delivery of innovative health technology solutions for General Practice and Primary Care. She has more than 22 years' experience in healthcare IT and software development across the public and private sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Chrissie joined Medtech over 20 years ago and progressed through QA, business analysis, release management and customer support management into her current leadership role. She holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from the Manukau Institute of Technology. A pragmatic problem-solver with a distinctive understanding of both technology and primary care, Chrissie is driven by a strong desire to make a difference.<\/p>\n

Her career spans software and innovation-focused organisations including Callaghan Innovation, PwC New Zealand, Leighton O'Brien and WhereScape Limited, and includes many years working abroad in Melbourne, the USA, Europe and the Bahamas. Passionate about innovation, Rebecca embraces new technologies to achieve measurable results and build meaningful connections.
