MD Analyze is an integrated surgical audit and outcomes database that provides prospective data tracking from diagnosis to final outcome.

Patient Demographics
Standard demographic data is automatically collected on patient attendance from the Hospital Information System using HL7 integration engine. However in the absence of integration, data can be manually entered.
Admissions
Each patient admission is captured automatically through integration. All complications relating to the patient’s condition are captured at admission level. Admission and discharge scores are captured at the start.
Operations
Operative data is collected at various levels. Each operation has free text description and has detailed coding, which is customisable and flexible. Operation codes are linked to CMBS codes. Custom forms are designed for capturing additional information rapidly and custom form can be trigger based on an operation code. Operation reports can be easily generated.
Clinic Visits
Clinic visits can be automatically or manually loaded into the system through integration with the Hospital Administration system. Additional data can be captured via custom forms which could be triggered to display on specific outcomes. Textual Notes or multimedia objects can be added to relate to a specific visit.
Past Histories
Using standard diagnostic coding, the past history builds up a diagnostic description of the patient that is used throughout the application and at various levels of reporting. The importance of building accurate coding at this level, forms the backbone of a well-functioning system. The underlying condition, co-morbidities and past diagnoses can help in the creation of a treatment plan.
Diagnosis
The capture of diagnoses data is dependent on the ICD10 system. MDA provides the capability to traverse through complicated tables to find codes and assists in extending the search and analysis functionality. The code is customisable for three domains namely: anatomy, pathology and clinical presentations and can be linked to ICD10.
